Troubleshooting with invalid api key error!

For one year i get error in my python crypto trading bot specially developed for delta exchange. I don’t know why this error occurred. And now I am frustrated because I debug all the codes having in my bot. According to delta exchange api documentation, we can not use testnet url, apis etc. in real delta exchange account and vice versa. I have a very deep knowledge in it as having programming course that I have done in my college. I am just trying to say that invalid api key sometimes also occured when an api request doesn’t complete in a certain period of time according to delta exchange api documentation. I need help to fix this error. And if anyone having knowledge of apis, https request, kindly help me. And i also specially request delta’s devs to help me and grow my algo trading journey. I would happy to see you.

To help you properly, please raise a support ticket and share screenshots (preferred) or logs showing the exact error message you’re seeing, the timestamps when it occurred,

whether you’re using mainnet vs testnet, and which base URL you’re calling, also the endpoint name you’re hitting (e.g., /v2/orders, /v2/positions, etc.).

Once you share these details in the ticket, team can investigate the specific failure and guide you on the fix.
