CRYPTO NEWS
- The global crypto market cap is $3.61T, The total crypto market volume over the last 24 hours is $303.18B. Bitcoin’s dominance is currently 54.03% (Source: Coinmarketcap.com)
- Bitcoin’s value crossed $100,000 for the first time on 5th December, as traders expect a favorable regulatory environment under incoming US President Donald Trump. (Source:HT)
- After recording an all-time high above $103,000, Bitcoin (BTC) traders entered a sharp cooling phase that triggered a major flash crash. According to data from CoinGlass, a total of 181,646 have suffered liquidation as of writing. Bitcoin led the liquidation for the day with the total recorded loss at $216.95 million. Of this figure, long traders recorded more than half at $130 million, with short trader liquidation accounting for the rest. ( Source: Coingape)
- As per SoSoValue data, Bitcoin ETFs garnered $556.82 million in net inflows on Dec. 4. That brings total inflows to a sturdy $1.59 billion this week. Taking up almost the entirety of the day’s inflows, Blackrock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) pulled in $571.71 million in net inflows (Source: Cnn.com)
- The XRP token, which is linked to Ripple Labs, has become the fourth-largest cryptocurrency in the world in terms of market cap approx to $130B, after a weeks-long rally triggered by President-elect Donald Trump’s election win in November and recent speculation about the SEC potentially dropping its legal case against Ripple. - BlackRock’s IBIT spot bitcoin ETF has exceeded 500,000 BTC in assets under management less than a year after trading began. The fund is now approaching the $50 billion AUM mark following another $338.3 million worth of net inflows on Monday.(Source:TheBlock)

OI Analytics for the upcoming week: BTCUSD
Considerable Call writing above 110000 is evident while Put writing below 87000 is evident. Option writers are present towards the extremes of the option chain with expectancy of room for Bitcoin movement.
OI Analytics for the upcoming week: ETHUSD
The Ethereum option chain is lacking call writers, with the PCR standing at 2.45. Option writers are more inclined to sell puts than calls, indicating a bullish sentiment for Ethereum in the upcoming week. Significant Put writing at 3400 would likely to act as support.

Performance of trades covered by Delta Research last week:
- On Friday, D1 expiry Short Strangle was able to deliver a profit of $150 on a margin of $2000 while on Monday we witnessed a loss of $85.
- The trade suggested on Wednesday was a positional trade and the SL got with minor profits . However, the IVs on Thursday spiked and attractive premiums were available for Option sellers. We were able to clock a profit of $1300 in Iron Fly with the margin of $3000. Overall the week has been pretty volatile for the Bitcoin movement.
