How can I change my registered Email Address?

You can change your registered email ID directly from the Delta Exchange website using any web browser. This feature is currently not available on the mobile app.

Before trying to update your email please ensure that your account must be KYC verified. Only KYC-approved users will be able to see the “Edit” option in the Profile section.

Step1: Log in to your Delta Exchange account via website.

Step2:.Go to the Profile section in the top right corner and click on the following icon.

Step3: Then click anywhere on your profile box.

Step 4: .Click on the Edit in the top right corner and then click Edit beside your current email ID.

Step 5:.Enter your new email ID in the designated field.

Step 6: You will receive an OTP on your new email address.

Step 7: Enter the OTP.

Step 8: You will be prompted to complete a selfie verification to confirm your identity.

Step 9: Once both the OTP and selfie are verified, your new email address will be updated.

Note : You will be allowed to update your email address only 3 times during your account lifetime. Please use this feature only when absolutely necessary to avoid reaching the limit.
