CRYPTO NEWS

1. Crypto Markets and Fed Outlook
Bitcoin traded near $65,000 ahead of the Federal Reserve’s July 29 policy decision. The cryptocurrency remained below its recent high above $66,500 as traders assessed the possibility of higher interest rates. Lower oil prices and easing U.S.–Iran tensions supported risk appetite, but ETF outflows and uncertainty around Fed policy limited further gains.

2. Bitcoin and Ether ETF Fund Flows
U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded more than $465 million in combined outflows on July 23 and July 24, ending a seven-session inflow streak. Despite the late-week withdrawals, Bitcoin ETFs finished July 20–24 with approximately $33.9 million in net inflows. Spot Ether ETFs performed better, attracting around $103.8 million during the same period.

3. U.S. Markets, Oil and Geopolitical Risk
U.S. stock futures rebounded after the United States and Iran paused attacks. Dow futures rose around 0.8%, S&P 500 futures gained approximately 1% and Nasdaq futures advanced 1.5%. Brent crude dropped about 5%–6% toward $91 per barrel, easing concerns that higher energy prices could keep inflation elevated.

4. Federal Reserve and Macro Outlook
Markets largely expect the Federal Reserve to leave interest rates unchanged at 3.50% - 3.75%, although traders continue to price a possibility of another increase. The Fed’s commentary on inflation, oil prices and future policy will be important for equities, cryptocurrencies, bonds and precious metals.

5. Nvidia, OpenAI and AI Infrastructure
Nvidia is reportedly considering a $250 billion financing guarantee for an OpenAI-linked data-centre project that could exceed $500 billion.

6. U.S. Stocks and Big Tech Earnings
Apple, Microsoft, Amazon and Meta are scheduled to report earnings during the week. Investors are focused on whether heavy AI spending is generating sufficient revenue and cash-flow returns. Concerns increased after Alphabet raised its capital-expenditure outlook and Tesla reported negative quarterly free cash flow.

7. Gold and Silver
Gold recovered toward $4,090 per ounce as falling oil prices weakened the dollar and reduced pressure on bond yields. Silver also advanced, supported by improved risk sentiment and precious-metal demand.

8. Key Market Catalysts
The major events influencing markets are the Federal Reserve decision, Big Tech earnings, Bitcoin and Ether ETF flows, oil-price movements and developments in the U.S.–Iran conflict.
